Yarn hunting

I'm so looking forward to this knitalong. I've yet to find the right yarn. Tomorrow I'm going to the sheep and wool show held in Bendigo (Australia) and I'm hoping to find just the right thing there.

Oh! Another Sheep festival. I'm so jealous. We don't really have sheep here in northern Alberta but I understand that we have alpacas. I really should have a look around for them.

Where in Australia do you live, Amanda? I was in Sydney, Adelaide and Melbourne a few years ago and loved it.

Good to have you here!

I live in Kerrie. A dot of a place on the eastern slopes of Mt Macedon, about 60 km north of Melbourne. AND the Bendigo Sheep and Wool show was great. I drooled my way around all the stalls. Found my yarn for the Hanami at the Bendigo Woollen Mils. Its a lovel soft pink. Now the search for the beads begins.
